Custom Avatars

how do i get a customised avatar , on the last forum we had the facility to download of my own computer but either i am going blind or it isnt there


PLEASE CAN WE BACK ITS LIKE LOSING A ARM :confused: NOT HAVING A INDIVIDUAL ONE

It's not here yet - I have to go through the settings sometime soon and fix it so if anyone enters a link to anything using "flash" (fancy internet stuff) that it isn't accepted and it's not so easy. I can then remove some more of the restrictions about using html and uploading stuff.
