After a LOT of hard work we have finally got our new, automatic transfer reservation system up and running.
The HUGE volume of emails we're getting each day means it's not possible any more to answer them all the same day which is obviously a problem if people are making late bookings or need an urgent answer.
To fix this and generally make our life a LOT easier, airport transfer bookings are automatic. Once a client enters their booking into our new system, they get a voucher emailed to them within seconds confirming every detail of their booking and explaining procedures.ç
We get a copy too but each day we can pull up an arrivals or departures report with everyone's booking on there.
As part of this new system and to help people out in general, we now have php live support installed (see the "contact" page).
Remember how busy I said we were - this is only there to help people out with transfer or accommodation enquiries. If anyone needs info or help with anything else, as always - the forum is the best palce for that.
