American Express Travellers Cheque Card

Has anyone got one of these and used it in GC rather than the traditional paper travellers cheques?

My daughter has an American Express Credit Card & there were not many places in GC that accepted it. don't know about the Travellers Cheque Card.

shops don't like amex - they take forever to pay them and charge a high interest rate to you and a high charge to the shops for use - not uncommon for shops to ask if you have another card - hence i got rid of mine and told amex why - and they already knew the reason - same as most people gave!

was told of a problem that my aunts friend had when she was "sweet talked" into having one and no where accepted them

Review not great - they are pushing them to us at work for free and thought it might be an alternative to travellers cheques but think I won't bother.

I thought they could be used in an atm to withdraw cash but maybe I've misunderstood
