anyone else having problems booking flights online with thomsonfly? Just tried to sort my flights to PR (for the second time this week!), and it says there was a problem processing the booking. It does give u a lovely message telling you to phone the customer services number to check if the booking actually worked, but I've been on hold for 32 minutes and counting and it's beginning to annoy me! (by the way, does anyone know how much it is per minute to phone an 0870 number?!).

I had exaclty the same problem with booking accom only! 'phoned customer services several times and they couldn't sort it out and when i tried to book via the telephone - even though the problem is I believe with their internet site, they were going to charge me something like £70 extra booking fee! so I booked the same apartments with alpharooms and got it cheaper!!!
