Sorry no - is it just this site you are having problems with?

Yes only this site. I am trying to get some figures together for some people we met in June who are interested in booking a DIY holiday like we do. But they have limited knowledge of computers and forums so I said I would help them to get started

I've not been able to access Owen's holiday info for a long time now, but switching to internet explorer I can, forum in general is much faster accessing through explorer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think it's something to do with flash player as at the moment my computer refuses to upload any form of flash player ???????????????????????????????

I have tried it with Internet explorer
Google
Ask
Web Fetch
Web Ferret
and it is all the same hopefully Owen might see this post and throw some light on it.
Because it has only recently stopped working.
I have phoned my brother-in-law and he is getting the same problem. :banghead: :banghead:

Might be easier to just drop owens office an email with dates, numbers etc and ask them to email you quotes. Thats what I've done in the past.

I will have to, but I had told these people I met how great this site was and how easy it was to use so I feel a bit of a fool, and when I have emailed Owen in the past he has very often taken a few day’s to get back to me being a busy man

One of the office team should reply quickly on info@islascanariastours.com (info@islascanariastours.com) and they have an online chat facility during the day now - details at http://www.islascanariastours.com/contact.html

I'm having it looked at this end as there does seem to be something wierd there. Sometimes I get it to work OK and other times just an error message.
The guys that wrote the software are checking it out for us.
Meanwhile, email info@islascanariastours.com (as always) with requests for an answer and quotes by email.
Cheers!
