Just been checking to see when this lousy weather is going to change (I have flu - started in Madrid last week where it was snowing and got worse here thanks to it being so wet and windy).
Forecast for the next 7 days is the same as today - around 20C tops as a high but with cloud and rain throughout the day - that's until Wednesday next weekNot sure after that but this is the first time in 9 years I have seen the weather so bad for so long :0

In the north - wind died down by about 5pm then this morning - its a lovely and sunny morning.
In Puerto Rico - some grey clouds that are moving towards the mountains so it might be ok.
Owen - drink lots of fluids (not alcohol) and hope you feel better soon
actually - pretty miserable this morning but now it's clear blue skies and sunshine

Yes viewers! what strange weather we have been having!! Yes it will be with us for a few days yet i am afraid.The morning started with a coffee whilst watching the rain.(i am easily entertained viewers!)The black cloud invaded us all day bringing a moderate breeze for most of the day.But i was enjoying the blue skies and sunshine here in Puerto Rico this afternoon as the temps got up to 28 degrees in the sunshine! Fresh fruit,a towel and a MP3 player were vital accessories whilst basking in the sun today and "friends" joined me for a swim later on.

Well a sleepless night last night with the rain hammering down and the wind causing my door to rattle just like a scene from "the excorsist" i also awoke to rain once again.The skies were grey and black,the waves crashing down,totaly bloody miserable!
But i did manage a 2 hour siesta today by the pool,soaking up the sun whilst it was available.
What is happening to the weather????

Well greetings from our island in the sun.....
The weather today seems to have calmed down a bit.A bit of cloud floating about(a bit like myself viewers)The sun was out for most of the day bringing us temperatures of about 28 degrees in the sun. A"spot of lunch" (fresh fruit) was served by the pool at 16.00 just before a "well earned" snooze in the sunshine.A delightful afternoon with very little breeze about.

It was a lovely day in Puerto Mogan to-day. the temp. hit 30c. And better still our team beat Chelsea 3-0. :laugh:

Well while you were all freezing back at home,here was a very different story! A bit cloudy for most of the day,until about 16.00(my lunch time) When the sun was out it seemed very hot.At 18.00 i took a rather late"Daily stroll"(with an orange) and it was glorious.And on the way back there was about 50 couples holding hands watching the sunset on Amadores beach..........
