The apartment sleeps 4 adults comfortably and has a main twin bedroom and a second sleeping area/room with double sofa-bed. The main bedroom and lounge/kitchen areas are air conditioned and can be heated for the cooler winter nights. The spacious lounge has sofa, dining table and chairs, TV, DVD player and stereo. At the far end is the fully equipped kitchenette which includes conventional oven/grill with 3-ring hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and a microwave oven. The bathroom has two sinks, half bath and shower. The balcony off the lounge can be closed off with patio doors and glass windows to create a small, second bedroom (double sofa bed) or left as an open balcony and offers panoramic views of Playa del Ingles, the ocean, beach and sand dunes. Stairs from the corner of the balcony take you up to a private roof terrace where there's an enclosed space with washing machine. Also on the roof terrace is a private sunbathing area with sunbeds, shower and BBQ. You'll find a dining area/table/chairs there if you wanted to take lunch or dinner whilst enjoying the 360º panoramic views of the resort from the 10th floor/roof of the building. This indipendently cared for apartment is in the 3-key Koka apartment complex which offers a bar, buffet restaurant, pool bar restaurant, internet access, large freeform pool and independent children's pool. Being on the 9th floor the apartment enjoys peace and quiet by day and night yet is a short walk from the main nightlife of the resort and various commercial centers including the Yumbo. The beach is ten minutes stroll away. |

Literally accross the road from the Yumbo center, the apartments at this complex face towards the sea so is shielded from any traffic or noise from the center. The apartment here is pretty much equipped with everything. One of the main features is a double bed in the bedroom (not easy to find double bedded rooms in Playa del Ingles). This is a one bedroom apartment where the sofa in the lounge can also convert into a bed. The lounge has a trendy flat screen LSD TV (or is it LCD?), DVD player with some films privded, a furnished terrace which looks out over the complex pool and grounds. The kitchen is as impressively equipped with large friedge-freezer, breakfast bar and chairs, microwave, kettle, toaster, hob and extractor fan..... There's also a safe in the bedroom provided free of charge. 2 minutes walk and your in the Yumbo center in one direction and a 10 minute walk in the other and you're at the beginning of the beach. |

This two bedroom apartment is on the top (15th) floor of Corona Roja and offers breathtaking views of Playa del Ingles beach, dunes, resort and the ocean. There's a double and a twin bedroom, each with ample storage/wardrobe space, a bathroom with walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and fully refurbished and includes all the extras you would expect for self catering from full oven to large fridge-freezer and a washing machine. The lounge has sofa seating for four people (or more), a dining table and patio doors that lead onto a terrace with table, chairs and those spectacular views! |

The apartment is a one bedroom property on the main road, Avenida de Tirajana, in Playa del Ingles suitable for up to four persons. It has been fitted out both to suit us as a holiday home, but also to suit you for your holiday. Those little extras you always have to carry with you when staying at the typical resort should already be in place for you. There is also a parking place available should you choose to hire a car. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed so no more falling down the gap between mattresses! There is a fitted wardrobe and a dressing table built in too. Further sleeping accommodation is available in the living area in the form of a double sofa-bed. The living area will seat you comfortably and provides a television as well as a DVD player and hi-fi. To the other side of the room is a dining table which is adjacent to the american style kitchen and breakfast bar. The kitchen is provided with a fridge, two ring electric hob, ample storage and crockery and cutlery for four. Additionally a kettle, toaster and microwave are included to help with your self catering arrangements. As a holiday home rather than a serviced hotel, standard maid service and cleaning is provided once a week, and before arrival, with the apartment fully cleaned, bed linen provided and towels changed. |
