A small group of new, modern, three-bedroom villas each with private pool on the highest point of the resort looking down into the Amadores valley and towards the beach. Each villas has 3 bedrooms upstairs - the master bedroom is double bedded and has full en-suite bathroom. The other two twin bedrooms share a second bathroom and a third bathroom is situated downstairs. The villas are moder, spacious and well equipped with TV, video, stereo and sofa and easy chairs in the lounge. The itchen is impressively equipped with many regular household appliances including full oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine. From the lounge, patio doors lead on to a private, furnished terrace with space for dining, sunbathing and of course enjoying theprivate swimming pool. The Europa commercial center is a 10 minute stroll away and offers a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops. Amadores beach is a 20 minute walk though downhill all the way so a 5 minute taxi ride back at around 3 euros. |

A group of 5 luxury 3 bedroom villas each with private fenced-in garden and plunge pool in the Agua La Perra valley of Puerto Rico, just 200 meters from the beach and Marina. These modern, bright and spacious villas are newly constructed (summer 2006) and of modern design in a peaceful area but just a 2 minute walk from a small, quiet commercial center (with a small selection of bars, restaurants and supermarket) and 5 minutes further to the marina and main beach of Puerto Rico. Each villa is identical in layout; as you enter downstairs you enter into the lounge which has a separate dining area. There's a 32" plasma TV, satellite, DVD player, sofa, sofa chairs and a separate area with dining table and chairs. Off the lounge is the fully equipped and modern kitchen with 4-ring ceramic hob with extractor fan, microwave, washing machine/drying machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils for 6 people. Also off the lounge and downstairs is a double bedroom with safe, a shower room with walk-in shower. To the front of the villa, patio doors lead out onto a shaded terrace which is furnished with cushioned garden furniture. Past the terrace is the pool and spectacular views of the valley and towards the ocean. Upstairs is a second lounge with study desk and Internet connection, a second shower room with walk-in shower and a second double bedroom.The third twin bedroom has patio doors leading onto a terrace again with wonderful views of the valley as well as sea view. The villa is air-conditioned throughout and each has access to a private, underground and secure parking space (though a car is not needed for this property). Beside the villas is a stairway which takes you to a small commercial center some 50 meters away and then to the marina and beach around 200 meters away or a 5-10 minute stroll.

This group of 40 luxury two-story villas was completed in the summer of 2005 and offers modern and high standards for design, furnishings and equipment along with a peaceful location facing El Salobre Golf Course. Each villa is slightly different to the next for overall design, layout and furnishings though all are as equally spectacular both inside and with the views they offer of El Salobre valley, the golf course, lake and distant sea views. As you enter into the spacious lounge you'll notice the care and attention made by the designers to create a modern home-from-home feel with the choice of furniture, paintings, decor and various touches they've added around the property. There's plenty of space and light as full-length windows and patio doors from most rooms lead onto a terrace and/or offer spectacular views. Off one part of the lounge is a dining area with dining table and chairs, to the other is the kitchen area with breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen including full oven/grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, sandwich maker and 4-ring ceramic hob with extractor fan. From the lounge patio doors lead onto a terrace with garden dining furniture and sunbeds. Whilst some villas share a communal pool, others have a large jacuzzi on the terrace or private plunge pool. Upstairs are 2 or 3 bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes, one with safe, master bedroom with double bedroom and en-suite full bathroom and there's a second full bathroom or walk-in shower room in each villa. Most rooms have telephone and independent air-conditioning. Master bedrooms have patio doors leading onto an upstairs terrace again with those spectacular views over the golf course, lake and to sea. Guests at Villas Lagos receive a 40% discount on golf fees (fees and booking form available on request) and all guests also have use of the clubhouse bar/restaurant. We recommend a hire car for these properties as there is no public transport close by. A 10 minute drive will take you to the exclusive resort of Meloneras with a great choice of quality restaurants, bars and shopping and of course the golden-sand beach there. Also within a 10 minute drive are the beach and dunes of Maspalomas, the bustling resort and nightlife of Playa del Ingles and a little over 10 minutes the other direction to the family resort, beach and activities of Puerto Rico. Another advantage we have with Villas Lagos is there is no fixed arrival day of the week and only a minimum of 2 nights for a stay so arrive any day of the week for any number of nights, perhaps a week-end, a 5 or 10 night break .... |
