If you have a general question about the island, a resort, place to stay ....... then please use the appropriate section of the FORUMS As well as myself and the moderators (regular visitors to Puerto Rico) checking it every day, there's a lot of other very regular visitors to the island who may have better opinions and ideas to offer than me! You're also likely to get more than one answer so more help and advice and if nobody answers you in a day or two, I will if I can.
If you require an airport transfer or apartment, there's forms to fill in which are then sent to me or you can also email me your requests. If I'm in the office and near the computer you'll hear from me straight away but I try and answer everything within 24 hours; email me at info@canaryforum.com We have an anti-virus and spam blocker set up on that which is pretty brutal and blocks some things getting through to us ( after getting around 100 - 150 spam and virus emails a day) so if your email isn't answered within 48 hours please resend to canaryforum@gmail.com
If you need an urgent answer on something important to you, perhaps accommodation availability, help in an emergency..... call me on 00 34 928 761 672 (from the UK call 0871 733 3137) between 10am & 1pm and again from 4pm to 8pm. (Please don't phone me for a chat or to ask me how the weather is, if I'm in a chatty mood then I'll be in the chat section of the forum here)
